The Power of a Life

The power of the message of Grace and Grace Theology is the only true pair that can set people free today and give them eternal life. So often, poor theology can harm people from growing in the Christian life. At GTP and Grace School of Theology, we seek to provide the best in theological resources and theological training to proclaim the grace of God to all the nations. Below is a summary of how the Lord has been using both GTP and GSOT to impact the world for the glory of God.

When Johnny Fernandez became a believer in 2012, he had a deep desire to know
 Jesus more and gain a strong theological foundation in his life. As an Overseas Filipino Worker in Doha, Qatar, it was impossible for him to find a Christian seminary. While browsing through Facebook, Grace School of Theology caught his attention. One inquiry led to another that started his grace journey in school and in life. 



Johnny began pursuing a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies degree. “When I started
 my study at Grace, I didn’t have a clear understanding of the word. I was becoming a Pharisee. I was looking at the fruit of the faith. I wasn’t aware that I was becoming self-righteous instead of receiving the grace of the Lord. When I grasped what grace really meant, the transformation took place gradually. Truly, it is only the grace of God that could transform the lost. When I understood grace, I had more passion, more desire to share the grace of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I became more compassionate, self-controlled, patient and loving to my brothers and sisters,” Johnny shares. 

As a result of his studies at Grace, he started a thriving ministry called Justified by Faith International Ministry. Through this ministry, Johnny is leading a group of believers who are ardently sharing the gospel in the predominantly Muslim country. As a practicing Health and Safety professional, he is reaching out to fellow Filipinos in his workplace and beyond. Truly, nothing can stop a man that has radically been touched by the love of Christ, a love that cannot be earned, and cannot be lost.
